By using POFENZE, you ("Customer," or "You") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions ("T&C"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. General Terms

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase products.By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information is accurate.

1.2 Account Registration
You may need to create an account to make purchases.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after return inspection.Store credit may be offered at our discretion.

4.3 One Year Limited Warranty
Covered: Manufacturing defects under normal use.

Not Covered:

Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Wear-and-tear items (e.g., brake pads, filters).

Warranty Claims: Contact customer support with proof of purchase and issue description.

5. Intellectual Property
All content (logos, product images, descriptions) is owned by POFENZE and protected by copyright laws.Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of proprietary content is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.Shipping delays due to customs, natural disasters, or carrier issues.
Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
