Return Policy

The item must be in its original packaging and unused and unopened in order to receive a refund. For returns due to non-quality issues, you are responsible for the return shipping fee as well as the original shipping and handling costs. Once we have fully inspected the returned product, we will refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees.
2. Defective or damaged products

3. Incorrect or incompatible products
If you receive an item that is completely different from the one you ordered, or if you receive an item that is incompatible with your device (the item is incorrectly described on our website), please follow the steps below:
3.1. please contact us at service@pofenze.com and provide the following proof within 7 days: photos or videos of the incorrect item; photos or videos of the problem with that item;
3.2. Upon verification, we will provide a return shipping label. Upon receipt of the product, we will issue a full refund or exchange.
4. Non-receipt of items
4.1. The package tracking information shows that it has been delivered, but you have not received it yet. We will contact the sender and track the package. If we can't find it, we will send you a new item or refund you.
4.2. There is no tracking information and you have not received the item within 7 days. Please contact our customer service@pofenze.com for assistance.
5. Items with missing accessories

6. Purchasing the wrong product

id say there was a little bit of cutting when it came to the winch and mounting It on the front by the grille, the sides are a little flimsy and only held on by 3 bolts on each side but still a great bumper. the fitment was almost perfect, front and one side look great. pass side is a little off but we tried to get it as perfect as we could, I threw a 12,000 lb badland apex winch with wireless controller and metal cable in there, we had to grind down the top part of lever that engages the gears or free spin but honestly I just use the controller, I did a few pull tests on it dragging some trees around and I didn't see any crazy flex coming from the bumper so I can say thats good. the light bars are good as well
I was hunting for a steel offroad bumper and was amazed by their quality. Great communication and they are a pleasure to deal with. I've put together a few bumper kits over my years of being involved with offroading but they offer such an amazing product for my recent project. I Didn't have to do any modification, trimming, or shimming of any washers. Everything aligned perfect and I was able to do it by myself in a couple of hours. Definitely worth the money in my opinion. If you we're on the fence about it, go for it, you won't have any regrets. Thank you so much for being a solid company. Short story. Person ran a red light and hit my truck with that bumper. It messed up that car but saved my truck from not only air bags from deploying but the truck from being totaled. It do come with the truck when I bought it so I can’t say how difficult it was but isn’t every project. I can say I highly recommend it and the lights are bright as hell.

great bumper and a nice factory fitment. no crazy gaps, mounted great. my tech said he had no issues with the bumper, the lights that came with it were very good considering they weren't bought aftermarket and came with it. good for backing up to hook trailers up. the little red tabs on the edges can be removed and painted. im a fan of the hooks and plastic guards that come on them, deff dont recommend trying to pull something with them on but to reduce the ramming sound while driving down road its great.
